Tina Services Joint Stock Company (Tina Services) respects the privacy of its customers. This policy explains what personal information we receive when you contact us, why we need it, and how you can exercise your rights over that data. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.

02Data we collect
We only receive information you provide voluntarily:
- Through the quote request form: your full name, company name, phone number, email, type of site, service of interest, province or city, and the message you write.
- When you call or message us on Zalo: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
- Technical information when you submit the form: the time of submission and the page you sent it from. Your IP address is used only temporarily to prevent spam and is not stored with your request.
The form does not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send information that is not needed for advice and a quote.
03Purposes of use
Your information is used to:
- contact you to provide the advice you requested;
- schedule and carry out a site survey;
- send you a plan and quote;
- perform the service contract, if both parties sign one.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
04Data sharing
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Only department heads and staff assigned to handle your request can access the data.
- Requests sent through the form are forwarded to an internal Google Chat group and stored in the company's Google Forms (Google Workspace).
- The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Google and Cloudflare servers may be located outside Vietnam.
- We only provide data to competent state authorities when required by law.
05Retention period
Consultation and quote requests are kept for up to 24 months from your most recent contact. If both parties sign a contract, related data is kept for the term of the contract and for the record-keeping period required by law.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time (see section 06).
06Your rights
Under Vietnamese law on personal data protection, you have the right to:
- Be informedof what data about you is processed and for what purpose.
- Give or withdraw consentto the processing of your data.
- Access and correctthe data we hold about you.
- Request deletionof your data when it is no longer needed.

07Cookies and tracking
The tina.vn website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to compile aggregate visit statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, device type, country). This tool does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The website does not use advertising cookies.
08Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the way we process data changes. A new version takes effect once it is published on this page.
