The quality of Tina Services is independently verified, not just promised: an ISO 9001:2015 management system, multi-layer control, 11 standard procedures and over 1,000 staff trained before they start on site.
01 · Independent certification
ISO 9001:2015, certified by BVQA.
Tina Services' quality management system is certified by BVQA as conforming to ISO 9001:2015, accredited by VICAS 019 and published in the international database of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).
Our procedures are documented and regularly audited by the independent certification body. Most of them don't live on paper: attendance, site logs, shift handover reports and supply requests are all handled in a mobile app, right on site.

Four layers of control, one direct reporting line.
Quality is checked at several levels, from the site supervisor up to the Board of Directors.

Service supervisors check work quality on the spot and coordinate staff at the site.

Customer care
A customer care officer is responsible for each contract, holding regular check-ins with the client and collecting feedback on service quality.

The quality management team carries out periodic quality inspections at every site.

All reports go directly to the Board of Directors over the internet, in real time.

03 · Procedures and training
Training first, work second.
Industrial cleaning relies on a large unskilled workforce, so Tina Services manages by the principle of Training → Control → Enforcement, with training always the top priority.
All staff complete training in the basic procedures before starting work at a site. Staff working in hospitals receive additional training in hospital hygiene procedures, depending on their position.
